Our April meeting was filled with enthusiasm and hope. How blessed are we to share our gifts with one another as we take the time to sing, meditate, participate in community building activities and last but most importantly ( to all of us) enjoy a meal prepared mindfully and with love.
On a beautiful Saturday in March we gathered at the Barrett House to begin creating our community garden, lasagna style raised beds made with re-use cedar wood from a log mill in Silk Hope, NC. Community members and our volunteers supported the efforts.
Thank you Lauren Napoli for visiting with us and pitching in with the raised beds. You are welcome back anytime!
